1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Get Found ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Get Found is a platform that creates AI-optimized business listings to increase visibility across AI answer engines including ChatGPT, Claude, and Google AI. We index publicly available business data and provide tools for business owners to claim, verify, and optimize their listings.

3. Business Listings

Get Found creates initial business listings using publicly available data. Business owners can claim their listing through our verification process to take control of their profile. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee the completeness or correctness of automatically generated listings.

4. Claiming and Verification

Only authorized representatives of a business may claim a listing. By claiming a listing, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of the business. Providing false information during the verification process is a violation of these terms.

5. Subscription Terms

Paid plans on Get Found are offered as recurring subscriptions:

• Auto-renewal: All paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your listing will revert to the free tier after cancellation.
• Price changes: We may adjust subscription prices from time to time. If we change the price of your plan, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the new price takes effect. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

6. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

• Billing cycles: Monthly plans are billed on the same date each month. Annual plans are billed once per year on the anniversary of your subscription start date.
• Payment method: You must provide a valid payment method. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees associated with your subscription.
• Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. If payment cannot be collected after reasonable attempts, your subscription may be suspended or downgraded to the free tier. We will notify you by email before taking action on your account.
• Taxes: Prices may be exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your subscription.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Claim a listing for a business you do not own or represent
• Provide false or misleading business information
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Scrape or bulk-collect data from the Service without permission

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Specifically:

• We do not guarantee that AI platforms (including ChatGPT, Claude, Google AI, or Perplexity) will recommend or mention your business in their responses. AI recommendation algorithms are outside our control.
• AI visibility scores displayed on Get Found are estimates based on our analysis and are not guarantees of actual visibility or performance.
• Results may vary based on many factors including your industry, location, competition, and the evolving nature of AI models.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Get Found shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of revenue or anticipated profits
• Loss of business or customers
• Loss of data
• Changes in AI platform algorithms or behavior that affect your visibility

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to Get Found in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Get Found, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Any content you submit to the Service, including business information, images, and descriptions

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice via email or a prominent notice on the Service.
