We want you to be satisfied with Get Found. This policy outlines how refunds and cancellations work for our paid plans.
1. Monthly Plans (Pro & Premium)
Monthly Pro and Premium plans operate on a recurring billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
- No refunds are issued for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
- After your subscription ends, your listing will revert to the free tier.
2. Annual Plans
If you purchase an annual plan:
- Within the first 30 days: You may request a prorated refund for the unused portion of your annual subscription. The refund will be calculated based on the number of full months remaining after your cancellation date.
- After 30 days: No refunds are available for annual plans. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of your annual billing period.
3. Free Plan
The free plan does not involve any charges. There is nothing to refund. You may remove your free listing at any time by contacting us.
4. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription in two ways:
- From your dashboard: Log in to your Get Found dashboard and navigate to your account settings to cancel your subscription.
- By email: Send a cancellation request to hello@getfound.now from the email address associated with your account. Please include your business name and listing URL.
Cancellations are processed promptly. You will receive an email confirmation once your cancellation has been processed.
5. Processing Time
When a refund is approved, please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method. Refunds are processed through Stripe, and the timing may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
6. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly if you have any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts associated with chargebacks. If a chargeback is filed, the associated listing will be taken offline until the dispute is resolved.
Filing a chargeback for a legitimate charge may result in permanent account termination and removal of your business listing from our directory.
