1. Overview
Get Found respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service.
If you believe that content on Get Found infringes your copyright, please follow the procedures outlined below to submit a takedown notice.
2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
To file a DMCA takedown notice, please send a written notification to our designated agent that includes the following information:
- Your name and contact information: Full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Description of the copyrighted work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are covered by a single notification, provide a representative list.
- Location on our site: The specific URL(s) or a description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on Get Found, with enough detail for us to find it.
- Good faith statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy statement: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
3. Counter-Notification Process
If you believe that material you posted on Get Found was removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA takedown notice filed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which Get Found may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the party that submitted the original takedown notice.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the removed material.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA, Get Found maintains a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. If a user receives multiple valid DMCA takedown notices, we may, at our sole discretion:
- Temporarily suspend the user's account and listing
- Permanently terminate the user's account
- Remove all content associated with the infringing account
6. Good Faith & Misrepresentation
Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Filing a false DMCA notice or counter-notification is a serious matter.
